Utopia is an award winning, culture-change business that aims to transform business culture from exclusive, hierarchical, siloed, and unengaged to instead be inclusive, healthy, and entrepreneurial. Founded on the belief that business could be better, we’ve supported some of the world’s largest brands in creating culture transformation using our unique boardroom-to-factory floor approach and evidenced methodologies for change.

Our story
Nadya and Daniele conceived of Utopia as a reaction to the exclusionary cultures they saw in workplaces every day. Like so many change-makers they had survivors mission which fuels a dedication to fighting for what’s fair and right and a passion and belief for DEI. So, from one of their homes, they founded Utopia with the purpose to make business more inclusive, healthy and entrepreneurial.
Today, Andy, Nadya, Tolu and the Utopia team work collaboratively with clients to provide bespoke solutions to their specific challenges. Whether it’s building inclusion strategies with Leadership Teams, creating safe workplaces for neurodivergent colleagues or creating anti-racist allies, we help support our clients to disrupt the status quo, inspire change and rewire business from the inside out.
What’s in a name?
Nadya attended Somerset House's celebration of 500 years since Philosopher Thomas Moore's “New Island Utopia” was born. Utopia is defined as a perfect place we can never reach, but must always strive for and describes perfectly her relentless desire to enable thriving businesses and therefore a thriving world. It was a real light bulb moment and thus Utopia was born.
